I am not seeing cronjob option on control panel, is it named differently?
On ProFreeHost control panel (VistaPanel), the Cron Jobs is hidden or disabled to prevent background scripts from overusing server CPU. ProFreeHost’s security system also blocks most programmatic access (cURL) to ensure sites are primarily accessed via a browser.
For this, you can add cron job from cron-job.org and point it to URL of your script.
