WTF! is aes.js

Hi! Dear All!

Hope I’ll get my answer I just create a new website and found
(http://ranakhas.ezyro.com/aes.js) aes.js file while I didn’t even upload and searching few time I found it on every site being hosted by Pro Free Host!

Is this a virus?
How to remove this file?
I can’t find any way to remove as there is not located in File Manger nor via FTP.

Hope to get Answer soon!

It is a security file included in all accounts by iFastnet.
It disables access to bots and so on..
I know you already know the answer.
