wordpress plugin and theme instalation problem

hi
today i create new account and install wordpress on it but problem is wordpress is not instaling any kind of theme or plugin i tried both online and uploading from pc

a try any theme or plugin not specific the problem is nothing is installing on it alaways get failed to install

As long as the theme is <10 mb, it should be fine.

it not installing at all a plugin or theme of any size
