i hit the cpu/hits limit and it locks me out from my files, i want to download my html, css, js, php, etc. download all that to my computer to continue working on it even if my website isnt available, and if my website isnt available i shoud still have access to my files of the website. im now unable to work on my website because all i have localy on my computer is old files. like verry old versions of the website that i used to only run localy.
my question is why can i not have access to my files to still be able to work on them localy?

under the EU law it states that within the CONSUMER laws, this is basicly missleading omission and an unfair contract term. within the GDPR the rightfull owner of the data shoud have the right to access, download and delete personal data.
