Web-site does not load

Something to the tune of, DNS error, web-site address not found. If the meta tag is not present, does this mean the web site is not indexed, by any search engine. If I add the tag will it solve the problem and will the site load in all devices, when the spider eventually crawls to index it.

Web site loads only on my computer, and on my mobile, but not on anyone else’s computer or anyone else’s mobile. The web-site contains a lot of excellent lossless data compression algorithms. Not to mention a downloadable pdf with a few more.

Had faced this problem earlier as well, but did not get the right response, although it was temporarily resolved. But now it has resurfaced, as expected I guess.

May I know why it is suspended, since the content is not illegal ?

I have received no such email. In fact my earlier emails from profreehost were all mysteriously deleted from my email account. I wrote to contact at profreehost.com a few days back and I have not received a responce from them or the mail has been deleted.
