My free account was provisioned today but the website never loads — the web cluster keeps serving the placeholder page that says:
“DNS Resolution Error - Domain Not Found, Or Domain not added to hosting account”
Details:
- Username: ezyro_43319673
- Client area account ID: 3846103
- Main domain: ptpoc2026.liveblog365.com (also tried addon subdomain ptpoc.unaux.com - same placeholder)
- Account status in client area: Active (created 2026-10-31 09:45 UTC)
- DNS: both hostnames resolve correctly to 185.27.134.130 (verified via multiple public resolvers, no DNS problem on my side)
- FTP works fine and files are already uploaded under /htdocs (verified through the web file manager, which is served from your infrastructure)
Since the placeholder page and the file manager are both served by your web cluster, connectivity is clearly fine - it looks like the vhost for my domains simply has not been bound on the cluster yet. It has now been several hours, so I would really appreciate it if a staff member could check the vhost binding for ezyro_43319673 (volumes vol14_6 / 185.27.134.130).
Everything else (client area, FTP, file manager) works perfectly - thank you for the great free service!
