URGENT: Request to Clear Deleted Account Entry (Slot 1/3)

Hello ProFreeHost Staff,

I need immediate assistance with my client area dashboard.

My old account (Username: ezyro_40351755, Domain: my-sks.unaux.com) has been permanently deleted by your automatic cleanup system (it shows ‘Closed’ status on my dashboard).

However, this residual entry is still visible in my ‘Your Accounts’ list, and is incorrectly consuming one of my available account slots (the list shows 1/3). This prevents me from creating a new project.

Please manually remove this residual entry from my dashboard so my account limit slot is cleared. The account was created on 2025-11-06.

Yes, there was a callback issue from hosting platform. It failed to mark deleted accounts. Although, most of the accounts were fixed but yours missed-out. I’ve marked yours manually. You can create new account now.
