Unable to access old account

My hosting account (username: ezyro_38527471) for the domain tamin.liveblog365.com has been deactivated, and I have tried to reactivate it but was unable to do so.

This website is very important to me, and I urgently need access to it.
If reactivation is not possible, I kindly request a full backup of my website files and database.

Please assist me in recovering my data or restoring access to my account as soon as possible.

Important data should always be backed up on local PC; at-least the first version copy.
After suspension, accounts are deleted after a couple of weeks to allow window for reactivation; either for re-use or taking backup.
Once account is deleted, all data is lost and cannot be recovered in anyway.

Dear Admin: It is not clear how long is the domain free(because when i google it says it is temporary) and also after how long being idle will it be deleted. google also says tht the e mail associated with this website will be affected or stopped.

All the domains provided by Profreehost and accounts associated with them are free forever; which simply means you can use our services as per TOS free always.

Websites which do not receive any traffic at-all for 20-30 days are considered inactive and are suspended for being idle.

Between 30-60 days after the account is marked idle, account is permanently deleted from our platform to make room for new accounts. During this time period, you can re-activate your account to use it and access your data.
