I upload the php by ftp & create mysql . when I use firefox or ie, the website show up is one

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Creating multiple topics with same issue will only delay in getting a better response.
And, as @badbot said. iptv1.unaux.com/gemini-iptv/admin is trying to redirect to https and you have not installed any ssl for that.
So, just edit your htaccess file and remove redirection rule.
