hello I got this email just minutes ago and I did saw the pinned thread, but the bandwith is marked as unlimited yes? And I have a bandwith flusher in my ftp stuff The 4 thosand bandwith is that why for the message or was it the daily notes section which was small.

I think the eamil should be awarning Five hours ahead before supsending accounts so the web builder can save all ftp files and get into the yadmin / sql tables stuff to save. I’m not pissed My only thoughts is this.

I’ve checked your account (ezyro_38449132) and can confirm it was suspended temporarily and it must be live now.
Depending on the cause:
Resource overuse: the account is reactivated automatically after a cooldown period, at which point you can log in and take a backup.
Policy/TOS violation (e.g., phishing, copyright): the suspension cannot be reversed and file access is not possible in these cases.
