i want to install wordpress on my web with softaculous..
but i never can make it because it always says something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry
i was waiting for a long time but nothing happened…

I am having the same issue as you it must be the CPPanel’s end not sure what though hopefully it get’s fixed asap

It can take a hour for it to work on newly created sites
my site have a long time and softaculous don’t work 
i was tried to install wordpress manually… but i found more problem 
when i uploading the files via online file manager, it’s stuck for a long time.. after that, i tried to reopen the file manager, and wow, it won’t be opened until now…

ok, the file manager works again..
and i tried to upload wordpress tar gz file, and i was waiting for a long time, the file manager stuck again…
it just loading, never end..
i very sure the uploading is done!!!
then i tried to open a new tab, login to the control panel, and click online file manager..
just like before, it just load load and load, i was tried to access ftp://185.27.134.11/ , but it still load never end…
this is so dissapointing me
the softaculous won’t work and now i can’t upload something to my site? when the file manager works again, i won’t to upload again because i afraid it will be stuck again..
please fix it, and sorry for my bad english
