Softacolous not working?

Hi there, can you try to delete cache and login again to see if it resolves the issue?

Hi Frost!
The account is from yesterday, so new. I’ve cleaned Browser Cache, and retried from an Incognito tab/window, but the same result.
I open the VistaPanel, I scroll down to the “Software” section there and click on “Softacolous App Installer” and the error message is there asking me to retry in 20 minutes.
Is there any other way to launch Softacoulous?
