REST API / cURL requests are blocked?

can I know, how I can use Jetpack plugin on wordpress when my rest api/cURL requests are being blocked, on cmd when i request a cURL on my site this is what it returns on cmd and jetpack plugin

cmd: curl: (56) schannel: server closed abruptly (missing close_notify)
jetpack: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [myurl] [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 52: Empty reply from server] (Status 500)

3rd party access to websites hosted on Profreehost is not allowed. So, Jetpack won’t work. You can try other caching plugins which do not require access to your website from an API calls. You can try WP Fastest Cache
