The issue has been resolved.
As per Cloudflare notice since Nov 18, 2025 - 11:48 UTC, cloudflare network is experiencing issues world-wide and is down showing Internal server error with Error code 500
As Profreehost and it’s hosting platform provider are using cloudflare as CDN and DNS manager, hosting services will be affected.
Which services are affected on Profreehost:
All services related to managing hosting accounts including Control panel, Softaculous app installer, Filemanager will be affected and may show Error code 500
When will it be fixed?
Cloudflare staff is working and trying to fix the issue as soon as possible. We do not know exactly when all the issues will be fixed but services are expected to restore as soon as possible.
At the time of typing this notification, cloudflare informed users that services have started recovering but they are still working on the fix and users may keep experiencing issues more than normal.
This topic will be kept up-to date with further notifications from Cloudflare Network till the issue is resolved.
