I have the free subdomain:
I would like to connect it to my website hosted on Vercel.
Vercel requires me to configure a CNAME record and a TXT
verification record, but my hosting control panel only shows
Custom CNAME Records. I cannot find a way to add TXT records.
Could you please confirm whether custom DNS records are
supported for my free subdomain?
If supported, please advise how I can add the required
CNAME and TXT records.

Free subdomains like toolaimienphi.liveblog365.com are managed on our DNS and are meant to be used with your hosting account here. TXT records can’t be added to them, so Vercel’s domain verification won’t be possible, and pointing a free subdomain to an external host isn’t supported.
You have two options:
Use Vercel’s free domain. Every Vercel project comes with a *.vercel.app address you can use right away.
Use your own domain. If you register a domain, you can manage its DNS at your registrar and add the CNAME and TXT records Vercel asks for.
