Change password email never arrives
(checked every where and had it sent dozens of times with zero results. Not in SPAM folder)
I can’t access anything.
Have no clue where to go from here….

Can’t log into control panel can’t change password… just looking at a blank empty file manager.

Are you trying to change the PFH account password or vistapanel password?

When I am logged in and click on Control Panel this is the message:
We are unable to log you in with the information you provided. Please check your username and password and try again.
When I try to reset my password there, it acts like it works fine “sends the reset email”…. but nothing happens, no email sent. I am logged in… there should be no error but that’s all I get. File Manager is empty… lost hours of work time just trying to log in. Two hours just waiting… insane.
Understood. What seems like is you are trying to reset the vistapanel password externally. The best way to reset password is via Clientarea and change password from there. And then try to go to Control Panel. Once you log into control panel you would also be able to access File Manager.
Did that… didn’t work.

It’s working now… But I don’t understand why it was broken in the first place and why the email password reset never sent an email?
It was because of password mismatch. You should always reset password from PFH clientarea instead of cpanel url (cpanel.ezyro.com)
