After I press save button,
File: /public_http/conn.php
Status: Saved on 2017-01-25 06:07:56 using mode FTP_BINARY
But i go back to see public_http directory, there is no conn.php file under it
No error, no warning,
Where is the file conn.php I created??

You need to upload your files inside ‘htdocs’ pages.
