My account was suspended because phishing activity.

I am a university student and my final assignment topic is cybersecurity. Therefore, I want to conduct a small phishing drill in my group. In order to restore the authenticity as much as possible, I chose ProFreeHost and registered a domain name to simulate it. After setting up a harmless phishing website, I found that my account received a prompt saying “This account was suspended because our abuse system detected some kind of phishing activity. If you think it is in error, send us a support ticket”.
I would like to declare:

  1. My website does not have any harmful programs or services;
  2. My purpose is just to conduct a safe small-scale phishing drill, with the aim of making other students feel the increasing risks of network security phishing;
  3. My activity will only last until this Thursday, after which the website will be removed;

I want to know:

  1. How can I make a statement that my actions did not cause a real attack;
  2. How can I reactivate the website? My phishing drill is about to begin, which is important to me. I will check again for any harmful code or services, and if so, I will carry out harmless treatment;

I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

Our system is designed to work strictly against any illegal activities and Phishing is on top of the list. It’s so severe that if one hosting account is flagged for phishing, all hosting accounts related to that user are automatically flagged and suspended.

Uploading phishing scripts for any reason are strictly prohibited. Such accounts cannot be reactivated.
