I would like if I could get the reasoning of why it has gotten suspended and I would like to request a backup too, since I cannot access the File Manager or the file manager I added on the website (tfm.php). Thanks!

Hi there, unfortunately, the Security Administration has permanently suspended this account for a violation of Terms of Service.
For security and compliance reasons, once an account is terminated by the system administrators for these specific reasons, all associated data is purged and backups are no longer available.
