LiveBlog365 site locked after accidental domain change

I use the LiveBlog365 website builder.
My site domain is uniquecollections.liveblog365.com.

I accidentally connected the site to a free custom domain that I do not own.
After this change, I lost access to my dashboard and cannot log in.

Please reset my site back to the default subdomain.

Have you tried removing the addon domain and reverting the nameservers to default

I cannot remove the addon domain or revert nameservers because I no longer have access to the control panel after the domain change.

Please remove the connected addon/custom domain from your side and restore my site to the default subdomain:

uniquecollections.liveblog365.com

You probably changed your homepage from wordpress dashboard. If so, you need to edit database manually and change it back. Steps are similar to followings:

  1. Access phpMyAdmin from control panel and connect to database

  2. Open “wpxx**_options**” table. wpxx is example it can be different in your case but “_options” will be same.

  3. Find the wrong domain that you added and replace it with http://uniquecollections.liveblog365.com
