Last month Account Statistics were not reset

The Account Statistics section in cPanel displays resource usage for the month. Usually, the statistics are reset once a month, and data for the new month begins to displayed. But this month, the statistics were not reset. This means that this month’s resource usage data is being added to last month’s statistics. And based on these inflated figures, warnings about exceeding resource limits are being issued.

Hi there,

Can you verify which statistics are you facing issues with? A screenshot would be helpful.

Every day, all statistical parameters, except disk space usage, are summarized for two months. Previously, statistics were reset on the third of each month. Now, as you can see, this no longer happens, and visits over the past few days are approximately double my usual current value.

It looks like it is specifc to this account which means it is your actual usage. The traffic itself is abnormally high for some reason.

No. Please note that the statistics for the days of the month following today are also non-zero. They should be zero, since they are usually reset to zero at the beginning of the month. Second, the same problem exists with other statistical metrics. I just didn’t show you the screenshots. Third, I have two accounts on your service, and the situation is exactly the same on the second one. Fourth, I also have an account with another hosting provider that uses iFastNet’s infrastructure. And it’s the same there. Fifth, the cPanel homepage shows statistics on the number of daily hits. And there, the numbers are correct. Accordingly, it’s clear that the numbers on the account statistics page are inflated. The screenshots provided below were taken at the same time, from the same account.

I have sent a ticket to system admin staff. I will update you soon.
