I cant access my FTP account

When i try to login in my FTP account, i see posts similar to mine, but i cant find a solution to this issue. How can i fix this problem?

Have you tried setting the port to 21? It is usually set as 22 but ProFreeHost uses 21 port.

i tried port 21, but still dont recognize the password. i cant login even on filezilla or the online ftp client the plataform provides
