HTTP 403 Forbidden error on my website

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an HTTP 403 Forbidden error on my website, https://gdss.unaux.com.

My student admission form submits data using POST and JavaScript Fetch to save_student.php, with multipart/form-data encoding.

When I submit the form, the server returns this error:

403 Forbidden — OpenResty

Please investigate your OpenResty server logs and Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to determine why the POST request to save_student.php is being blocked.

Kindly check whether POST requests or multipart form submissions to this PHP endpoint are restricted, and help resolve the issue.

The admission form needs to save student information and optionally upload a passport photograph.

Thank you.

Hi, thanks for reaching out.

The 403 is coming from the server’s security system, which blocks requests that match certain patterns. We aren’t able to share the rules or logs, and we can’t make exceptions for individual sites or scripts on free hosting.

You can try testing the form with simpler data and a plain HTML form instead of Fetch to find what triggers the block, then adjust your code. Please note that we don’t provide support for custom code. If your project needs fewer restrictions, a premium hosting plan would be the better fit.
