How to delete a domain

Hello, I am on my account. I made a mistake when naming my free domain. Now I can’t create a new one. How can I delete my domain so I can make new ones?

Hi there, welcome to ProFreeHost Community.

Accounts must be retained for sometime after closing before they are deleted. However you can always add new domain in existing account via cPanel > Subdomain

Hi, I don’t see my subdomains listed when I go to the subdomain section. Using https://profreehost.com/, I can access my client area. How can I remove the domains that are listed on https://profreehost.com/ from my panel?

Can you share a screenshot as to what you see when you visit subdomain section in vista panel from your account?

i see nothing. i wonder why because i have subdomains

It seems you have 3 different ezyro accounts, each linked to their own Vistaa Panel. You will have to login to their specific Vista Panel to be able to delete their subdomains. It would be convenient to delete them from client area altogether.
