How to access suspended site's content for migration to another host?

Please help me retrieve my data so I can migrate my blog posts to my new hosting.

torrent-description.unaux.com is under suspension for adult content

I don’t want to break the rules so I will transfer this site elsewhere if I could just access my own data, that would be fer I think.

When your website is suspended, your data is not lost, it is locked, also, Suspended accounts cannot be dealt with on the forum, it has to be done by email, Profreehost’s email is contact@profreehost.com

I sent that mail but I’ve never got any answer from that mail in my life.

How long before someone answers it’s been hours…?

I just need my data and will continue to use profree for other accounts.

Usually it takes 24 hours

Please help me out, my account was suspended 3days ago and i was told it will be lifted after 24hours uptill now i havent gain access to my Cpanel, please help me out

There was a short downtime on main server on April 23 which was fixed. This might have prevented your domain to reactivated.

Can you check and confirm now?
