Since I am a Chinese user, I use VPN registration.
When I registered my first domain name, it succeeded. Later, when I registered another domain name, I was prompted that I could not complete the registration!
P.S: I deleted the previous domain name and registered another domain name because I think I can’t waste resources, a domain name!
