I have an SSL certificate but I can’t upload the CSR, it just vanishes..
The CSR vanishes because it is a one-time request tool. You only actually need the Private Key and Certificate (CRT) to secure your site. To fix this, paste your Private Key first, click Upload Certificate, and then repeat the process with the Certificate code. Ensure you include the “BEGIN” and “END” header lines, as the panel will reject and clear the box if the formatting is incorrect.
