ftpupload.net seems to be down .. ftp isn’t working at all….its been working fine till i noticed yesterday its not working
Which FTP client are you using to connect and what happens when you try to connect via FTP?
ive to devices that i use to collect rain fall data and temperature . thay send data via ftp .. use my ftp setting that are on here .. have done for a while now and worked fine ..till i noticed the data was getting to me … but rai drive still connects via my ftp settings … very confused coz ive not changed any thing since the day i set it all up
it send data files normally in csv format witch i then copy and compile on my pc
all i get is .. failed to connect to server … devices have data access …. just dont undstasnd why its append when its been working fine for a fair amount of months
I’m not quite sure how does you app work and transfer data. If it’s doing so on autopilot via FTP it’s not allowed on free hosting service.
Automatic FTP uploads are not allowed on free hosting service to avoid overage of resources and maintain balance for all users.
autopilot via FTP is it and its about 4 times a day … and file sizes are max of 1kb per file
could you allow for me to use … or thing of any other ways i can receive my data ….like i said the other day its worked fine up til few days ago
also have noticed the one unit is still sending but only 2 times a day . it sent 2 times yesterday and 2 today. when normally both units will send 4 files in a day each …. and other unit still haven’t seen anything come through..
Which app are you using? It seems like an issue on the app-end; not server related. Cannot say anything for certain until more information is provided.

I suggest that you check your app’s documentation if it’s 3rd party app or code if it’s custom-made, to check whether it has any limitations on sending data.
think i found out the problem . it could lie with service provider look up and lots have issues with the internet side being up and down .must be down to maintenance
