FTP conection and Receive E-mail.

Hi guys, i create an acount, my username is unaux_22438073 and i cant connect to my FTP folder and i cant receive an e-mail, anyone can help me?

Thanks for reporting these.
Could you please elaborate more in I cannot receive an email? What email are you trying to receive and from where?
About connecting to your FTP folder:

  1. Have you tried to use File Manager or another FTP program? What was it and what error does it give?
  2. Is there any case that you messed up with CHMOD permissions? Because if you had done and you locked yourself out, then you will never be able to get in back.

Hi Cris,

1 - I use Fillezila - and i received these error: ETIMEDOUT - conection time out
2 - I didnt change any CHMOD

About Filezilla, the error is normal, please try to increase your timeout settings from withing FileZilla and it should fix the problem.
