File manager error/bug

i have absulotly NO idea whats going on, like im going to file manager and once it loads right and top gui load but nothing with bottom center and left.

like im TRYING to make some money and i even learnt html and python for this and this is the only free hosting websit i can find, Please Help!

You have to access Control Panel one time at-least to activate all the features.
