It is because the account has been suspended/closed. Check if you closed it from your client area by mistake. You can reactivate it form there if you did.

Upon posting this comment, I have seen that your site has been suspended. if you check your web accounts, click Your Web accounts at the top, If you website is suspended it will say Suspended Next to your CPanel link, if it is, you cannot use the forum to un-suspend your account, you need to email admin to get your account un-suspended
