DNS error and Delete server issues

I recently remembered that I have created a server and website PORTFOLIO with a PRO free host. And I am currently having these two issues,

One error is based on a DNS resolution error.

“DNS Resolution Error

The domain you’re trying to reach cannot be found“

The second Error is based on closing Server which has the DNS error. And I forgot the VISTA panel username and password to log in again to make changes in add on domains, so I can delete them easily. I do not know whom to ask because when I tried to close the account. I get an error.

“An error occured while trying to close account “

Can anyone suggest closing this account and deleting the Server?

Have you tried to access cPanel (Vista Panel) through Client Area?

I did tried. But i forgot my username and password. I do not remember, if ezyro_36352548 is username for vista panel or this url “portfoilio-abas-showcase.unaux.com“ is my username.

There is no associated account and the only way to access it would be via Client Area. In case it stays unused, the account will be automatically deleted after a fixed amount of time.

How many days cilent area support take or delete the unused server? I did not use it for 3 or 6 months and i got this error now.

If it has been more than 3-6 months then your account and website may have been deleted already. You can try to sign up again. If the account is associated with your current gmail and it does not allow you sign in, you can send an email to [email protected] using the same email with a ticket to remove your account data.

I found another error while i was trying to login in vistapanel ,

1 - I failed by using username and password that also help me login with FTP and MYSQL

2 - error in inspect chrome - Teflon Content Script injected

3 - I found index2.html is missing in my file manager of the same ezyro_36352548

4 - when i click the lost password option, i use same email (which i used for creating profreehost account as first user and i never changed my email )and same username it says “The email address / username pair does not match with a valid account.
Please check the email address is the one used when you registered the account
And that the username is your correct username“

What you see is the residual of your delete account. You can create new account with same domain now.
