CSS file shows 404 in Chrome

My website is [diamondcubing.com](http://diamondcubing.com diamondcubing.com) and I have a CSS file in the root directory (htdocs) named style.css

When I go to diamondcubing.com/style.css in MS Edge, it downloads the css file, but if I go to the same page in chrome, it shows the 404 page. How can I fix this?

Also, the CSS doesn’t show in chrome, but it does in MS Edge.
