Critical Issue: High Database Latency, Slow Login & PHP Execution Delays

Hi Support Team,

I am facing severe performance issues with my website hosted on your platform. The problem is not just with the initial page load, but specifically with backend interactions and external connectivity.

Specific Issues Observed:

  1. Extremely Slow Login: The user authentication process takes a very long time to process, indicating slow PHP session handling or database connectivity.

  2. Navigation Lag: Clicking on internal links or navigating to other pages results in high latency (High TTFB) before the server responds.

  3. Database Query Delay: Any action requiring MySQL interaction (like fetching data or logging in) is significantly slower than static content loading.

  4. Email Service Latency (Brevo): I use Brevo for transactional emails. Previously, emails were triggered instantly. Now, there is a delay of up to 5 minutes for the server to process the request and send the email. This indicates slow script execution or outbound network issues.

It seems like the server node hosting my account is experiencing high load, I/O wait times, or network throttling.

Please investigate the server health for my account.

Navigation is working fine as well. Pages are loading smooth. If you are experiencing slow database queries, it could be due to poorly optimized codes or snippets.
