Can't login to VistaPanel through ProFreeHost (Short Password VP)

Hello ProFreeHost!
I can’t use VistaPanel for my Website, it shows Your password is too short! please use a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20.Back. Please help and fix this error! I manually also tried logging in to VistaPanel but still, Your Password is too Short!
Please fix!

page is down since yesterday, dec 29 , suspended, no mail notification
i send a ticket this morning

but now cpanel shows this message: Your password is too short! please use a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20.

This has also happened with me, it says

I thought this site allowed you to login! It happened before, why not now?

Yes! This is a BIG ISSUE!!!
EVEN THE FTP DOESNT SEEM TO WORK ;(

yes, they also either don’t have a support mail or they have hidden it. I couldn’t even reach them out directly, very disappointed right now..
