This could be due to your dynamic ip address. Are you still having problem in accessing your cpanel?
no not any more thanks
I too have the same problem
I am facing this issue of the website not loading properly and I can’t access control panel
I need more information than that to replicate the issue because everything is working fine for me.
Share the exact issue/error that you are facing
I’m having quite a similar problem as well
I haven’t been here in a while. I’m redirected to the “ezyro” login page which I assume is the CPanel. Two years ago I’d see it flash by quickly, but now it remains. Attempting to log in manually results in a page refresh. Using external sources like FileZilla or the Linux default file explorer to log in to my FTP returns authentication fail even when copy-pasting the password.
My account is still marked active (surprisingly) but now have those issues.
There was a callback glitch from hosting platform. Read above reference.
Ah well that’s to be expected. I can’t even be mad. ![]()
Thanks for that information. May I request that you simply remove this “residual information?”
Yes. It’s already scheduled for all accounts. As there are so many records, it’s taking longer time than expected. They will be cleaned completely in next few hours.
That’s perfect.
I just want to clarify. Why you say “idle for a long time” does that mean that the account’s data specifically hasn’t been accessed (database, inodes) or that I haven’t logged into this website for that period of time?
An account is considered idle when related website received almost no traffic during a specific time (approximately 30 days).
Even if it was suspended for being idle, you still can reactivate the account for next period (approximately 20 days) before it is permanently suspended and data removed.
You don’t need to login to the control panel to keep it active. Website just needs to have a little traffic to consider it as active.
