Can't access Softaculous App Installers and Wordpress prompting for FTP information

Hello, thanks for the free host.

I can no longer update the WordPress (and plugins) that I installed through Softaculous, neither on site nor on Softaculous, of which I can no longer access. The FTP information in the Cilent Area were found by Wordpress to be false (unless I’m getting mixed up somewhere) and accessing Softaculous from the Control Panel yield the following error:

Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 122 when it ended.

cpsrvd/11.58.0.52 Server at sv1.scriptinstall.rocks

I will provide more details as needed.

I have an idea now, a badly configured Wordpress backup plugin (JetBackup) ate up all the storage and now nothing is possible, not even the web FTP can do anything. Is it even possible to mitigate this?

I managed to escape by deleting the directory wp-content/uploads/jetbackup-xxxxx/. I tried deleting other directories at first but that didn’t worked as filemanager.ai refused to do anything until it did.
