Everything seems fine. Can you share screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing?
Okay, you lost the credentials to your wordpress admin panel.
You need to recover the login details either by using email address, if you remember or by changing it in database.
To change it from database, go to:
PhpMyAdmin > ‘Your_wordpress_database’ > ‘users’ table
Find your username and enter password hash in password field.
Use this tool to generate password hash: Wordpress Password Hash Generator to reset your Wordpress Password.
Now, login with new password.

Anyways, if you want to remove the contents of your website, you can follow steps 4 and 5 from this User Guide Reset Your Account To Start afresh
If you want to completely remove the account, just click “Manage” on specific account in your Profreehost client-area and click “Close Account” under “Close” tab:
