My account got suspended and I don’t know why but it says:

This account is suspended probably because of some prohibited activity. Send us a support ticket to get more information.

If I may have done something wrong that I did not know please let me know because the website I host has a lot of important files and is used in my organization. I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

I’d like to request @Admin if I could get a copy of all the files I have in my htdocs folder for nseurowiki.unaux.com. Those files are very important so please I am begging for this request to be granted.

Hi, can I check if you were able to get the files?Did you try to email? Was there any response from admin?
