My ProFreeHost account is not accessible. When I try to log in, I receive the message “Account login timed out, please try logging in again.”
My website is REEM Signature – reemsignature.unaux.com.
I want to recover my existing WordPress website, including all website files, database, products, images, and Elementor content.
Please check my account and help me restore access to my existing website.
Please do not delete my website files or database.

Your account was closed by the iFastNet admin team because the site’s database was putting too much load on the MySQL server. Admin closures are final, so the account can’t be reactivated, and unfortunately the files and database can’t be accessed or recovered either.
If you have your own backup, you’re welcome to set the site up again on a new account. That said, a WordPress store with Elementor and products tends to need more database resources than free hosting can provide, so it’s likely to run into the same limits again. For a site like this, we’d recommend our premium hosting, which is built to handle that kind of load.
