Hello, my account says its suspended. I understand I haven’t been on it in a while, so I get it. But when I tried to click reactivate it said there was an error and it couldn’t.

I did have another question though. Does that mean I will have lost the website i’ve created and will have to start from scratch again?

Your account has been idle for a long time and it was deleted 30-60 days after being idle.
What you see in your Profreehost account is the residual information of that account. No data is present there and the same domain is available for registration.
And, yes your data is lost and you have to re-create and upload the website.
