Since my last message recived I and co-ploot made sure phpbb was lighter to hosting sever This time it was someone else’s site that caused my site to be suspended my daily hits were lowered below what it was last time and my storage has never gone above 34. The acp c cash thing for phpbb is on manual mode not auto which is one reason phpbb is lighter.

help my acount is mega suspended and its not an 24 hour one I cant get my sql stuff I cant download my htdocs folder. I have 2 years of work on it. Can you specify which account is suspended? As per your ID, your associated website and account both are live right now. Your temporary suspensions are being caused due to reaching daily hit limit.
Rest assured your website is live right now, and you must create a backup of all your files right away.
