I want to delete my PFH Account completly. What do I have to do?

Hi There,

In order to delete your account, log in to your account and click on “Close” Tab. From there you have the option to close your account.

Once you close your account you will see a window stating confirmation of your account closure:

Sorry for the confusion. I didn’t mean deleting a hosting account. I want to delete my PFH account, so like my login into the panel. Not a specific hosting account.

Your account has been marked for deletion. It will be automatically deleted after all your hosting accounts are completely removed.

Delete my account completely please

permanent deletion of my ProFreeHost account. Please remove all data associated with my account, including but not limited to:

  • All website files and folders

  • All databases

  • Emails and email accounts

  • Domain settings or parked domains

  • Any personal information linked to this account

Please confirm once the deletion is complete and all my data has been permanently removed from your servers. I understand that this action is irreversible.

Can you delete my account? i cannot find the “close” option anywhere. I want to delete my PFH account completely. There are no hostin websites

Yes the Profile emails have been added to Data Erasure Requests, they will be deleted soon.

Hi there Team,

I’d also like to exercise my privacy rights and ask Profreehost to delete my Profreehost account. I no longer have any instances connected to the account, but I can still login, and I’d like to get that deleted. I understand that I’ll no longer have access to it.

It has been 2 weeks now and my account is still existing. Is there a specific time after which I can expect my account to be deleted?

Yes there is a scheduled Data Erasure management which is scheduled on monthly basis. Your data will be erased soon if it is not associated with any active hosting account/website.

So it has been 1 month and i can still log in. Can you check and tell me if I still have active hosting accounts which i can’t see?

Sometimes it can take longer to delete accounts according to queue.
