I am trying to access it but the account is closed and trying to reactivate it but still got problem
A hosting account is usually deleted within 2-3 days after you close it manually. If was closed by system for inactivity, it is deleted within next 60 days.
In your case, the account was deleted already but was not marked deleted in your account for some callback discrepency.
However, you can re-create the account.
