Nothing has changed in terms of account use in the past year+ so I can’t understand what would constitute abuse… unless by a malicious third party. Could you look into to it please.

Can you describe what kind of website is your account hosting? It shows that your account is being used for automated FTP uploads which is not permitted on free hosting service.

That is indeed how I’m using it, a simple ftp token log of application use. If that is against your policies then I apologise for my not understanding that and agree, indeed I should be suspended.
However, we are a very small UK charity (www.newhope.org.uk) and I plead to you to enable the account for say the end of the year/1 month so I have time to make alternative arrangements. Whilst the account is suspended, our operations grind to a halt.
My apologies for the misuse if that is your policy.
Free web hosting account should be for the purpose of generating web pages, not for automated upload hosting / file hosting / keylogging / webcam storage, etc.
Most that we can do is to provide a backup of your account so that you can host elsewhere.
