my site was running normally yesterday, but not today. Is it a problem with dns settings in cloudflare? or is it a wordpress error? I’m afraid it’s a wordpress problem, but I have no idea how to solve it

It is not only when you use HSTS. Strict SSL, unless you have uploaded a valid SSL certificate on cPanel, will always break the site and not work.
Strict SSL requires a valid SSL. Stick with Full Instead, it works with the default self-signed SSL ProFreeHost provides.

Are you an old user of ProFreeHost or new? Because if you have signed up after August, this bug should be fixed. If you were an older user though, it will remain forever, unfortunately.

Do you know anything about email encryption with cloudflare?
activating cloudflare account in cpanel i think the sent emails are encrypted, but it is not possible to receive emails. Configuring the site directly with cloudflare, email works fine, but email encryption does not work and email obscuration does not work too
