Hello,

I have a windows application I would like to access a page of mine and get some info. Unfortunateley, an error is appearing.  
The error says:  
This site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support

This error is not appearing when I access the page using a browser.

Windows application probably does not have Javascript enable.

So, without javascript it cannot read anything?

It depends on page you of your site you are trying to access. If it requires javascript enabled for it’s operations, then of-course it cannot read without it.
