Having a cloud/shared file hosting is against [TOS](/terms TOS).
upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that is of keylogging / proxy service / irc / shell(s) if any type / file hosting / file sharing types.
But you may use scripts like [PHP Navigator](http://navphp.sourceforge.net/ PHP Navagator) for file editing.
