Maybe then @Admin is busy or your email ended up to his spam folder, did you try to PM him via the forums?

All support tickets/emails are replied within 24 hours (In some cases, it can take up-to 48 hours). So, it’s either your email didn’t reach us or you sent it to the wrong email address.
