I use strato domain but i can’t add domain to my cpanel. I add name server ip to strato panel but i can’t add domain to my cpanel.

That is not the ip address of your server. You need to use some tool to find the ip address of the server on which your account is hosted, like google’s [dig](https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/ dig)
You need to add nameservers to your domain registrar to add domain to your account on ProFreeHost.
